10 days minimum. 14 days will be more accurate.

if you become pregnant it takes about 5 weeks depending on when your period is. after i had *** and i knew i was pregant it took 4-5 weeks for a positive test.

I think you are supposed to wait until 5-7 days before you would normally get your period.
